By accessing or using Nisa's mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment of the modified Terms.
2. Account Registration and Security

- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Keep your contact information up to date
2.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for all activities under your account

- Report suspicious activities immediately
3. Services and Delivery
3.1 Service Area
- Currently available in Srinagar and Ganderbal
- Free shipping within service areas
- Delivery timeline: 24-48 hours
- Same-day delivery available for orders before 12 PM
- Personal delivery agent service
3.2 Order Processing
- Orders are subject to availability
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to refuse any order
- Order confirmation will be sent via SMS and WhatsApp
- Real-time order tracking through the app
3.3 Delivery Terms
- Delivery attempts will be made during business hours
- Multiple delivery attempts may be made
- Failed deliveries may result in order cancellation
- Delivery agents may contact you for coordination
- Proof of delivery may be required
4. Payment and Refunds

- Payment must be made in full before delivery
- We accept various payment methods as displayed in the app
- Payment processing is secure and encrypted
- Additional charges may apply for special services
4.2 Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed to the bank account in your app profile
- Processing time: 3 business days
- Bank reflection: 7 business days
- Refunds are subject to our return policy
- Bank account details must be accurate and verified
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Return Policy
- 7-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Free pickup service for returns
- Return request must be made through the app
5.2 Exchange Policy
- Size exchanges available within 3 days
- Subject to stock availability
- Free exchange delivery
- Original item must be returned first
- Price differences must be settled
6. User Conduct
6.1 Prohibited Activities
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonating others or providing false information
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the service
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access
- Engaging in fraudulent activities
- Harassing or abusing other users or staff
- Posting inappropriate content

- Reviews must be honest and based on experience
- No offensive or inappropriate language

7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Nisa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

- Use our trademarks without permission
- Reverse engineer our technology
- Remove any copyright notices
- Use our content for commercial purposes
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nisa shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or data
- Service interruptions or delays
- Third-party actions or content
- Force majeure events
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services:
- For violations of these Terms
- For fraudulent or illegal activities
- For extended periods of inactivity
- At our sole discretion, with or without cause
- Upon your request for account deletion
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of our services.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:
- First, through our in-app query system
- Then, through direct communication with our support team
- Finally, through the courts in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir for any disputes.
