Order Cancellations

Before Delivery

Orders can be cancelled before the delivery agent picks up the item. Once the delivery agent has picked up the item, cancellation is not possible.

  • Submit cancellation request through the in-app query system
  • Our team will verify the order status
  • If eligible, the order will be cancelled
  • Refund will be initiated automatically
  • You will receive confirmation via SMS and WhatsApp

Refund Process

All refunds are processed to the bank account registered in your app profile:

  • Processing time: 3 business days
  • Bank reflection: 7 business days
  • Refund amount will be the total amount paid
  • You will receive SMS and WhatsApp notifications at each step
  • Please ensure your bank account details are correct in your app profile

Returns Policy (3-Day Window)

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the items meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Free pickup service for returns
  • Return request must be made through the app
  • Items must not be damaged or altered

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps within 3 days of receiving your order:

  • Submit return request through the app
  • Select return reason
  • Schedule pickup with our delivery agent
  • Pack item in original packaging
  • Hand over to delivery agent
  • Receive return confirmation
  • Refund will be initiated after quality check

Size Exchange

For size exchanges, we offer the following:

  • Available within 3 days of delivery
  • Subject to stock availability
  • Free exchange delivery
  • Original item must be returned first
  • Price differences must be settled
  • New item will be delivered after quality check

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items without price tags
  • Items purchased during clearance sales
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Special Cases

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item:

  • Report damage within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of damage
  • Do not use damaged items
  • Keep original packaging
  • Our team will assess the damage

Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Report wrong item within 24 hours
  • Do not use or remove tags
  • Keep original packaging
  • Free pickup will be arranged
  • Correct item will be delivered

  • All decisions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds are at the sole discretion of Nisa.
  • Nisa reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • For any disputes, the decision of Nisa management will be final and binding.
  • Bank account details must be accurate and verified for refunds.
  • Repeated or excessive return requests may be subject to review.
